A Letter from the CEO

Hello my name is Jude G. Onzo; I am the CEO of The Century 22 Investment Group. I would like to take the opportunity on this page to explain a little bit about myself and the experience I have to offer, so you can get better acquainted with me. I would also like to share with you the vision and plans I have set forth for you and my company on our vision page. When it comes to making financial decisions for your future you should always know who you are dealing with, especially the way our economy is today. Please feel free to contact me at any time. If you decide to share in my vision, you will eventually meet other employees of my company but I will always be involved. I run my business hands on and I am always there to answer any questions that you might have.

I have been a resident of the beautiful city of Cape Coral since 1979. Cape Coral is located in South West Florida, about one hour south of Tampa. My family and I moved here from Long Island, New York. I now live here with my wife, two sons, and my beautiful mother who is in her 80's. When we first came to Cape Coral we had very little family living here, but now it has grown. I am proud to say that some of our family members are working for the school board and others in law enforcement. Some are owners of their own successful and well known businesses, which they have owned for years. My family and I have planted our roots in this community and we are here to stay.

For the last twenty five years I have been buying and selling real estate for myself. I have been involved in new construction, land development, buying, selling, renting, leasing and holding mortgages. Part of these twenty five years I worked for Trans America Financial Corporation. My position with the company helped me to gain the knowledge of financing and the ability to make a business profitable.

My financial experience also came from being self employed and working hands on in my own companies for the last 21 years. Being self employed for that long, I have gained the experience from many different levels from buying, selling, meeting a budget, covering payroll, paying vendors and turning a profit.

I have been behind the scenes and operated many types of businesses throughout the United States. I learned how to make a business succeed and become profitable. I also learned from the mistakes that others did to make their business fail. One important thing that I did see and learn is that poor management or greed can and will destroy a business. I believe you need to be involved in the day to day activities of your business, no matter how good your employees are and no matter how good you think your business is doing. This is why I run my business hands on.

We have now come to a point in time with our economy where people are not sure where to invest their money safely. The one thing I know for sure is I would only invest my money in something today that is secured 100%. Secured and could not be taken away from me. Something that gives a better rate of return then any stock investment or banking institution can offer. Something that gives a good rate of return even if the economy was to suffer further than it has.

Yes, I am talking about residential real estate. It is now a buyer's market and more and more hard working people are in need of assistance with home ownership. Yes there are up and down cycles in the real estate market, but if you know and understand them it works out just fine. You just need to know when to invest, how to invest, where to invest and what to do with your investment so it works right for you.

A Letter from the Vice President

Hello everybody, my name is David Kalish and I would like to take the opportunity in this letter to explain a little about myself so you can get better acquainted with me.

I was born and raised in New Jersey. I now live in Pompton Plains, New Jersey with my wife who I have been married to for 36 wonderful years along with our 2 beautiful children.

For the past 32 years I have worked servicing the wonderful people of New Jersey. I proudly worked for the New Jersey Police Department, part time for 32 years. I also work for the Utility Department full time for over 25 years.
Both of these job positions have given me the unique privilege to work and communicate with all types of people. The most important thing I learned from working in these two positions is servicing people’s needs. I learned that it is important to treat people with respect and honesty, the same way you or I would like to be treated. I enjoy seeing the look of happiness on people’s faces after I help them to fix or solve their problem. But most of all I enjoy the look of surprise, shock or disbelief on their faces. Whatever you want to call it, it is the same answer when I ask them “what is that look for?” and they reply “you really did what you said you were going to do”. This always makes me feel good inside.

Even though I love both of these job positions, my true love and passion in life is real estate. I have been involved in real estate investing for over 28 years. I have been involved with residential homes, condominiums and vacant land. I also have the experience of being the land lord and or the mortgage holder.

My partner Jude who you have already been acquainted with shares the same feelings and beliefs towards treating people as I do. One of the many reasons why we have joined forces is to help people reach their dreams and goals and to treat them with respect, honesty and integrity. We are both tired of seeing people being lied to and tired of seeing people losing their futures or should I say their fortunes. We have also joined forces because we both share the same passion and understanding for real estate.
